The following two wells are the first ones Shell has tested at initial rates above 20 MMcfd (20,000 Mcfd) in the Haynesville Shale. This also increases the total number of wells in Red River Parish tested at > 20 MMcfd to 34.

Shell, McLemore 7 #H1 Well, Serial #240249, S7-T14N-R9W, Red River Parish, 24152 Mcfd, 26/64" Choke, 7900 psi Flowing Pressure

any news as to when well 240434 just north of mclemore 7 will be tested.

Steven, I would expect the well to be tested soon since it has already fracture stimulated. It may take a few weeks for the test results to be posted on Sonris.
