Let’s pull the plug on the Jones Act

Pipeliner, that is easier said than done since it is strongly defended by numerous powerful groups. Of course I would not be against such an action since I have had personal experience with the impediments created by the Jones Act. There are others that say the right solution is to rebuild our shipbuilding industry.
