I have heard and read a lot about faults with the HS. It brings up an interesting point and that is where are the faults located?

Jim would you mind sharing what lessee/company held that expired lease?
On Petrohawk's map, the fault appears to go through both Sections 24 & 25 of 15/9.
Skip, Orginally Will-Drill leased the property and then sold to Questar in December 2009. Lease was for 250/25%, 3 year no option. Ran out July 2, 2010. Apparently we are on the wrong side of the fault. We were approched with an offer for 1500/25% with 4500 bonus if successful well drilled. Definition of successful was not defined and actually did not hear back. I think the Cottingham well if proved out will give us some negoiating advantage.
