Offer to Purchase?
I received a offer to purchase my right, title and interests in my property in Nabors 8 H-1, 8-12N-13W. The offer was from Chesapeake and the amount was $2400. Do I need a lawyer? I have no idea what the heck they are talking about. I have no desire to sell my land.

Never even consider selling your land,top soil, or mineral rights. If you do, you will have nothing and no rights.
