Beckville, Panola County tx

I am interested in current activity in and around beckville tx primarily with Chevron,McGoldrick,Samson,Cabot andChinn. I own mineral rights and recieved checks from the mentioned companies but I have been blasted with offers to purchased my mineral rights which leads me to wondered what's going on.
