jffree1, it that a 6,600' lateral on the Sunshine GU 1H? If so that seems pretty long.
Nick, when I add the L #s (see inset at bottom of unit) I get 5716'. That's still pretty long however, the odd thing (to me) is that they are drilling this lateral in a big curve. I guess that is to make the most of the unit acreage but I've never seen a Haynesville well configured quite this way.
nah thats not too bad. 6800 is what sm energy is going for.
XTO has a couple that are in that range in Shelby County but the topic is Samson Lone Star's newest permits in Nacogdoches. I don't believe I've see SM in Nacogdoches yet.
I'm thinkin' that Samson's next well should be the:

Baby You Can Drive My (NG converted) Car #1H
...next to ABBY ROAD #1H, LOL!
EOG has WI on this well, not sure who will be doing the engineering, etc on this one. We have experienced Samson in Y'Barbo with a couple of veritcal wells, have they had much success in HS?
They have reported one HA completion in Nacogdoches Co., Silver Hammer #1H, @ 12.260 MMcfd. I don't know whether it is HA or Bo, however. They have two more drilled that have not been reported yet.
