I was contacted by LLora Holdings L.P.!

Hello,

My name is Lisa Jeanette.

 

I was contacted by this company out of Center, Shelby County, Texas for a list of Heirs. It seems by what they are telling me, my g-g-grandmother B. Pigg has mineral rights in this town.

 

How to go about finding the property it is on, and what to do next?

 

Anybody out there that can help me.Surely would be appreciated.

If you have problems, Bill or Evan will help you if you call Ellora; they are very professional, courteous landmen and Administrator. They have a office there in Center. Just check the number on the computer at 411.

Be very careful and study up a lot before signing any leases, selling any mineral rights, etc. There's a lot of pitfalls for anyone with mineral rights, even when dealing with honest companies.

Even if this company is 100% honest, there are a lot of snakes in the oil and gas business.

Thank-You for your concern. I am trying to educate myself with all the new lingo, and all concerning mineral rights and other items i have been inudated with the last several days. My goodness long lost relatives are really coming out of the wood-pile so to speak! Thanks Again
