Dept. of Conservation site has changed. Help

I wanted to check to see if anyone had applied for new units in last week and the book marked site I have is gone. Can someone send me a new link. I can't find my way around the "new and improved" site. The old one was a lot more user friendly

KCM, this should work.  "Hearings" link is on the left side of the page.

I've been doing this, but the problem is the hearings haven't been updated lately.  There ought to be hearings scheduled after Jan 19, but I cannot find them on the site.

Patience guys.  Database protocols change on a semi-regular basis as technology and budgets dictate.  And the public hearing schedule was dormant for about three weeks as it is at the end of every calendar year.  New hearing dates/dockets will be along shortly.  I suggest that a review of bookmarks/favorites is in order and the old ones are relatively easily replaced using Les B.'s link and a little trial and error but be advised that there may not be direct links to all sections of the database.  The good new is that when you adjust to the new format, it should be the standard for some years to come.

Before they changed it up, the old site had hearings listed thru January 25, I'm quite sure.   The new site just has hearings listed thru January 19.............great improvement!!!!  Your tax dollars at work!

Just be thankful for the Louisiana DNR site. The Haynesville shale folks in Louisiana & Texas are blessed to have such good sites.  Other states are very lacking in their natural resources sites and for the most part are hard to navigate. 

 

There's always room for improvements, but be thankful for what you have now!

How do I see a list of hearings for February?  I cannot figure it out.  Thanks, in advance.

The last I looked there had not been dockets approved for a February hearing date.  There is normally one hearing date each week excepting holidays and natural disasters.  The last hearing agenda posted before I left town was for Jan. 19 if memory serves.  The next one up would then be  Jan. 26.
