I would say that BHP Billiton's 65% premium offer for Petrohawk is all that is necessary to put egg on the NY Times' face and make them to look like idiots.

Thanks for the post...great read.  The article hammers home what I believe to be both an irresponsible and juvenescent NY Times article.
