I just signed a lease in 14-4-11 for $300 / acre.  I might have demanded more, but my property is a LONG way from the main Haynesville play.  I got a very good lease, instead.

You might be a LONG way from the main Haynesville play, but you are probably right over the Austin Chalk and TMS, James - oops, I mean JB.
