Section 5, Township16N, Range 9W...proposed Haynesville Well

Notice was given that Petrohawk Operating Co. has applied to drill a well in this section in Bienvillle Parish between 9,074 ft and 10,815 ft. Hope that it is a good one. I am in the section next door..section 6

Do you know the longitude and latitude or a county road intersection near by.

Franklin Road ...Lake Road...intersection area
In 2006, Anadarko initized several section in that area, including sec 9 (HOSS) and sec 6 (CV). They also obtained a permit to drill in sec 9, which would have potential to HBP. The permit expired before a well was completed. Even though Anadarko does not have a producing well in the unitized sections, would this have any effect on Petrohawk's operation, and/or the landowners?
I lease back then with Anadarko as well as the rest of my neighbors and it hasn't been a factor. My lease with them was out as of the first of this year.
To answer Grice - No, it does not.
Just for my own fact checking process, I searched the legal statute that would apply in this situation. From that, I have learned that a unit is terminated if no work (drilling, reworking, etc.) is done within one year and ninety days. Being as such, this confirms your response. Thank you.
