We were sent a contract by LB Land Co. last year but did not reply as we are just starting to get educated on the process and possibilities of O&G leasing. The property is in W Bossier Parrish Township 23.
1. Any familiarity with activity in the area?
2. How is best to vet companies that are interested?
3. How to determine who is in the area and to make contact to let them know we are available for lease?
Cheers!

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
