Who can let me know how much of my lease is in the drill. As mentioned I have section 28, NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 and then Section 25  E 1/2 of SW 1/4, SE 1/4, S 1/2 of s 1/2 of NE 1/4. All in T 2N, R 1 East

All of Section 28 appears to be in the Pintard...it would appear you have 40 acres in Section 28.

It appears that the south half of Section 25 is in the unit, so it would appear you would have about 240 acres of your Section 25 in the unit.  The NE 1/4 doesn't appear to be in the unit.

Not an attorney and not trying to be...but just estimating, I'd have to guess you have somewhere in the neighborhood of 280 acres in the Pintard...which could well be a nice neighborhood.

Thank you for your response and time just today receivde another fishing letter from someone wanting to buy the royalty rights at 1200 and acre and trying to tell me the area may not be under development. My response shut him down that he did not have deep enough pockets.
