bpm/skip,

good points. maybe, kwk promoted swepi in the expectation of being carried.

and, by that theory, with shell 'hitting the silk', kwk would now have play development costs not reasonably anticipated at agreement signing.

that said, i still come back to my original question: why'd the dardens sell out of a rich play? isn't there money available to fund such a good thing?

and, if its a good play, how much better of a one must kwk be banking on by selling their interests in nw co.?

skip, I will be glad to reply on the lease renewal forum but for some reason it does not allow me to reply.. can you send me your private email address and I will reply.  my info is in my office and it will be Monday before I can send, but I will.. if website allows me to reply under renewal, I will, but I have not been able to do so or respond to you all day.

robert, Keith has been making some changes to the site and that may be the cause.  If you click on my name (in blue) you should be directed to my personal page where you can get my off site email.  I'm sure that the members following this issue would like to have you information also so hopefully you'll eventually be able to reply in the renewal discussion.  Thanks.
