Upshaw wells

Have they abandoned the Upshaw well site?

Aaron, the well permit for the L SMK RA SUB;UPSHAW 6-22-2H #1 expired 8/3/13. There is no new permit for that well at this time. Last SWN corporate presentation mentioned completing a 75 square mile seismic shoot and then plans for two more wells this year.
