I was wondering if any one has an idea, from lowest to highest cost being paid for leasing minerals in Amite County, MS for per acre?  The specific sections are as follows:  24, 25, 31 and 32.

Without township and range, the sections are not very helpful.  In general the closer you are to the LA & Wilkinson borders the more valuable your land.

However prior leasing info is not going to very helpful as current low oil prices and the almost total abandonment of the TMS, will make for very few leasing offers or competition for leases. 

I least mine for $75 2 years ago; nothing happen yet or did they even send me a copy of my lease after they tookkit; they paid my neighbor moor then me, but he also has college;
