Drilling has been completed and the rig has been moved to the location in the NW Jackson Field.  I understand that fracing will be done in February.

Fracing began on Friday.

Tom, What stage are they in now?

I understood that fracing was to be completed on Monday or Tuesday.  I do not have any more current information.

After the put the production tubing in and started flowing the well again is there any new information on production

Nothing on Sonris yet Mark....

I just read Kirks Barrells blog regarding his insight to McKowen #1. tuscaloosatrend  (if providing this link is not allowed I'll remove it)  Kirk is very thorough in his evaluation, comparison to the early 2000's soil/rock data are similar in cross section, but what I find interesting is the double fault crossings.  Obviously the faults are present based on the known "encountered losses" and lost circulation material, to resolve issue.  I guess this is why they tubed the well to help keep this water seepage out of the main line.  I have not seen any new reports posted on SONRIS since 3/21 to show what's being removed since tubing install (if anything is being pulled).  My questions regarding his evaluation relate to the assumptions of water permeability through these faults.  I wonder how likely is it that the water initially pulled was heavy on frac water side and now Conoco is sitting on McKowen 1 until Hebert and Erwin are closer to being online. Keeping their card hand close to vest.   These are just random thoughts and I know very little regarding well production but I'm open to opinions and some education on the matter...
