We have been contacted by a couple of companies that want to buy the mineral rights on some property in 15N9WS12 (offers starting at $4500/acre) the royalty payments are almost non existent at this time. What do they know that we don't?

Started getting offers for mine now offer 9000 min acre.found out 7 drilling permits on unit now..so check with etc see if any on your section.and start at $9000. But hold on.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
