Thanks for this info.

Question: Looks like all of the Pine Wave wells listed are on the LA side

At the same time that Pine Wave was drilling these, they also were drilling at least 11 more across the line, on the Texas side (last 18 months)

Any idea if these were included in the sale, or not ???

Just noticed from your Rig List that a well is currently being drilled in Panola County by "Pine Wave / Silver Hill

May answer my question above, though not a sure thing

The announcement didn't stipulate that Pine Wave had sold only a portion of the assets so I think Silver Hill got 100%. The question now is whether Silver Hill is finished acquiring Haynesville rights in this area of the play. There are a couple of smaller players that would make a nice addition.

The four permitted wells are to be drilled from 1 pad and drilling should start this spring. Sites for drilling pads for five more wells to develop units just to the west are being planned and drilling could begin later this year.
