Silly Cliche's You Learned From the Cradle

OK Shalers,
Those of you that know me know that I can only take so much bad news and Shale in-fighting. It is once more time to "lighten" things with something really silly and inane. What could be any sillier than the cliche's we Southerners learned as children. You non-Southerners (you know who you are) should get a kick out of these. I'll start the list and you all can join in. Let's see how many we can come up with.
1. Tighter than Dick's hatband.
2. Drunk as Cooter Brown.
3. Cuter than a speckled pup.
4. Ugly as home made sin.

Everyone needs belief in something. I believe I'll have another beer.
We are born broke, naked, wet and hungry.
Then things get worse.
Soft as a baby's butt.
Make you slap yo' pappy.
Pot calling the kettle black.
As daft as a Brush!!!

As skinny as a toothpick!!!

As happy as a Lark!!!
Tastes so good, make your tongue slap ya brains out.
Slow as cream rising in a cow.
Crazy like a fox.
Running around like a Headless Chicken!!!

I don't know if I am coming r going r been!!!

He's a wolf in sheeps clothing!!!
He gets my goat.
She doesn't know if she's washing or hanging out.
Her behind looks like two bobcats in a burlap bag.
A whistling woman and a crowing hen, never come to a very good end.
That and a buck fifty will get you a cup of coffee. (I had to adjust for inflation!)
Wet behind the ears.
Just when I get it together, I forget where I put it.
Tit for tat.
Must be jelly 'cause jam don't shake like that.
