Current Offers recieved-How Much? By Whom? Where? POST THEM AND AREA SO WE CAN COMPARE

We need to start a database to compare offers which are running from $125. to a Claimed $30.000 an Acre. PLEASE, NO "I HEARD...."s!

There are over 400 landmen trying to cash in by leasing low .

Knowledge is power. Post your offers so we can compare and weed out the rumors and lies. Before we all get "force pooled" Lets try to keep it useful,HOW MUCH? BY WHOM? LOCATION OR AREA? Thanx!

I have not heard of this company but will research them. I cannot stress enough being very particular in who you deal with and what you sign..
Lone Star is a decent sized company out of Fort Worth. They have urban experience as I understand it.
Thanks for all of the information regarding this company. I still have misgivings about them but I will continue my search.
Randy,
I found several Enron reports that listed Lone Star Land Development as a subsidiary. Is that the same company?
Kassi our neigbors signed with WaterMark I couldnt find anything on the company do you know of them Thanks Greg
HEY KASSI, WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT ELLORA LAND HOLDINGS. THEY ARE OUT OF BOULDER COLORADO,AND THEY HAVE AN OFFICE IN CENTER, ALSO I THINK I READ THEY ARE NOW IN LA TOO.

I see their name listed twice on these cases but have no idea what it is about.
Also found a brief Bio:

Thanks for the facts regarding them.
Kassi,
I have been reading a number of your responses and you are VERY WELL INFORMED!! Do you have somewhere that we "new" people can go to learn more from you? I have 12 acres in T22N, R11W. There does not seem to be alot of interest there yet, but like everyone else we are hopeful and I would like to be educated if and when it does happen.
Thanks for the info Kassi.
i recieved $300.00/acrea.....1/6 in royalties in Keithville March 2008??..Cheaspeake
Redd, how many acres do you have? I still get teed off when I read about folks like you who were wooed quickly before the word got out about the escalating amounts the O&G companies were willing to pay. Then, others in your area may get $20,000 acrea and 25% royalties just 4 months later.
Strickland Survey Tenaha Texas
Contacted but no offer yet
16 acres
