Does anyone know of a new law that states all property owners in a section would receive equal compensation. We signed some time ago and will be receiving quite a bit less than the ones who just signed. I was told that this law requires all landowners receive equal.

I know of no LAW to that effect. I believe you are referring to a "Favored Nations Clause" which must be negotiated in to the lease contract at the time of signing.
Po boy is right-- favored nation's clause is only vehicle for this.
Correct. I Personally know of no one who has succeeded in negotiating one>
