They are the applicant with the state to lease the minerals from Louisiana Tech, Grambling, and some other scattered land in Union and Ouachita parish. I've never heard of them and they are listed as a company with the state.

I didn't see where they are listed with the Louisiana Secretary of State.

Me either. How can they apply if they aren't recognized by the state?

I have nominated tracts to the state before. This was so no one would know who was behind the deal. Nominating is one thing bidding for the tract is something else.

My family was contacted by a Robinhood Resource Management out of Baton Rouge about our holdings in lower Southwestern Arkansas a few years ago.. could this be part of the same company? If I remember right, they only had a Post Office box with no land address or phone number. They wanted to purchase all of our Oil, Gas and mineral rights on a 500 acre parcel for some ridiculously low amount.
