They are the applicant with the state to lease the minerals from Louisiana Tech, Grambling, and some other scattered land in Union and Ouachita parish. I've never heard of them and they are listed as a company with the state.

If I remember right, they only had a Post Office box with no land address or phone number. They wanted to purchase all of our Oil, Gas and mineral rights on a 500 acre parcel for some ridiculously low amount.
