I don't have any details but assume that it is true. SND reported December production on all Chesapeake Haynesville wells in San Augustine, Shelby and Sabine Counties. Chesapeake reported exactly one well in Panola County... for all of District 6.

According to a document just received on a well in Shelby county that did produce royalties for us, SND will be taking over any more royalty payments now. This gas well was shut down last summer to supposedly build up more pressure but we did receive a check this month for what was left in the account that had not been paid. Had to fill out new W2 information for SND.

Is this a true sale or an "Arms Length" transaction ? Does anyone know what to expect of SND's Operations ?
