Can you share with us where you found this map?  Is there a way to find out who operates each of the pipelines you show?

The NPMS Public Map Viewer allows you to view maps of transmission pipelines in one selected parish.

Too many clicks and my clicker is about clicked out. Seriously, just click the link and you should not have any problems. It's an interactive GIS mapping system.
