Wonder what those "special charges" were that caused the loss?

herefordshale: I was wondering about that too. After hours trading has the stock down by more than $1.50/share

Well, the stock seems to have closed up for the day -- 5/4. I too would like to know what the special charges are....

Go to their website and read the earnings report. Most of it is a non cash charge related to the fall in NG prices.
