Anderson County
The Royal Well No. 111R will be drilled to 600 feet 4.6 miles northeast of Elkhart by Carrizo Oil & Gas in the Camp Hill Field. The well is in the M. Rogers Survey, A-883.
Camp County
The Newsome Unit Well No. 201 and the Newsome Unit Well No. 322 will be drilled by Fairway Resources in the Newsome (Pittsburg 8200) Field to 8,400 feet.
  The No. 201 is 2.8 miles southwest of Leesburg in the A.J. Ward Survey, A-120.
  The No. 322 is two miles southwest of Leesburg in the J.M. Henrie Survey, A-50.
Dallas County
The West Capro Well No. 1H, the West Capro Well No. 2H and the West Capro Well No. 4H will be drilled by Chesapeake Operating in the East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field. The wells will hit 12,000 feet 15.1 miles southwest of Dallas in the W.H. Beeman Survey, A-126.

Harrison County
Irowood Oil & Gas will drill the Winston Clark GU 1 Well No. 2H to 11,000 feet 4.4 miles southeast of Hallsville in the Blocker (Cotton Valley) Field. This well is in the L.B. Blankenship Survey, A-71.
Samson Lone Star will drill the Kain GU 1 Well No. 3H and the Abney, R.K. “B” Well No. 10H to 10,000 feet in the Waskom (Cotton Valley) Field.
  The No. 3H is five miles northwest of Elysian Fields in the W. Smith Survey, A-21.
  The No. 10H is four miles southwest of Waskom in the S. Holloway Survey, A-295.

The Wells GU Well No. 3H will hit 11,010 feet 2.2 miles southeast of Marshall in the Hardwood (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will be drilled by NFR Energy in the M.L. Wood Survey, A-782.
Johnson County
Chesapeake Operating will drill seven wells to 9,000 feet in the East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field.
  The Hyder Well No. 12H is one mile west of Burleson in the H.G. Catlett Survey, A-380.
  The Hyder A Unit Well No. 2H, the Hyder A Unit Well No. 3H, the Hyder A Unit Well No. 4H and the Hyder A Unit Well No. 5H are one mile west of Burleson in the U. Mendoza Survey, A-545.
  The Hyder Well No. 11H and the Hyder Well No. 13H are one mile west of Burleson in the H.G. Catlett Survey, A-380.

Devon Energy will drill five wells in the East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field to 9,000 feet.
  The King Sisters Well No. 14H, the King Sisters Well No. 15H, the King Sisters Well No. 16H, the King Sisters Well No. 17H and the King Sisters Well No. 18H are 12.4 miles southwest of Cleburne in the J.J. Allen Survey, A-1224.
Leon County
The A.L. Sharp Well No. 3 will be drilled to 10,500 feet 2.8 miles northeast of Jewett in the Jewett (Travis Peak) Field by BRG Lone Star in the J. Banks Survey, A-107. This well may be drilled in the Branton (Rodessa) Field, the Jewett (Pettit) Field or a wildcat field.
Navarro County
In a lease 4.2 miles northeast of Blooming Grove, in the Corsicana (Shallow) Field, the R.K. Southard Well No. 1 will be drilled by G&F Oil to 1,280 feet in the J. Kerr Hrs. Survey, A-931.
Panola County
Chevron U.S.A. will drill the May Sealey Well No. A 4H to 16,000 feet 5.6 miles southwest of Beckville in the Carthage (Travis Peak) Field in the Spencer, J Survey, A-589.
Roberston County
Northfield Enterprises will drill the Bobcat Bottoms Ranch B Well No. 2 to 9,000 ten miles north of Bryan in the Giddings (Buda) Field. This well is in the S. Gafford Survey, A-16.
XTO Energy will drill the Biggs No. 1 Gas Unit Well No. 18 to 14,000 feet 16.3 miles northeast of Franklin in the Bald Prairie (Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field in the De La Concepcion Marquez, M Survey, A-25.
San Augustine County
Exco Operating will drill the Brown SU Well No. 1H to 15,000 feet 6.3 miles northeast of Chireno in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field. This well is in the A.M. Davis Survey, A-99.
The Cook Well No. 1H will be drilled to 13,600 feet 1.8 miles northwest of San Augustine in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field by SM Energy in the E. Quirk Survey, A-34.

COMPLETIONS

Harrison County
Exco Operating completed the Jonesville Well No. 2 to 9,542 feet one mile east of Jonesville in the Jonesville Field. On a 18/64-inch choke the well flowed with nine barrels of crude. Production is in the Travis Peak 5940.
Jasper County
Enervest Operating completed the Temple Inland A41 Well No. 2 to 16,357 feet 5.7 miles northwest of Jasper in the Brookeland Field. On a 48/64-inch choke the well potentialed 5.915 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Austin Chalk, 8800 formation.
Johnson County
Chesapeake Operating completed seven wells in the East Newark Field.
  The Little Hoss Well No. I 5H hit 12,425 feet 13.8 miles northwest of Cleburne and potentialed 2.043 million cubic feet of gas.
  The King B Well No. 4H hit 13,840 feet 14.5 miles north of Cleburne and potentialed 10.776 million cubic feet of gas on a .75-inch choke.
  The Blair Well No. 3H hit 9,375 feet 4.8 miles northeast of Cleburne and potentialed 3.410 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke.

The Chevy Well No. 6H, the Chevy Well No. 8H and the Chevy Well No. 9H are l2.4 miles north of Cleburne.
  The No. 6H hit 12,418 feet and potentialed 2.855 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke.
  The No. 8H hit 12,858 feet and potentialed 2.822 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke.
  The No. 9H hit 12,251 feet and potentialed 3.431 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke.
  The Gearhart Well No. 3H hit 11,804 feet 9.9 miles north of Cleburne and potentialed 2.601 million cubic feet of gas on a .75-inch choke.
  The Darby Well No. 2H hit 9,622 feet 5.6 miles northeast of Cleburne and potentialed 4.570 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.
The East Newark Field has seen XTO Energy complete three wells. The Wilkinson Unit Well No. 2H and the Wilkinson Unit Well No. 5H are 3.5 miles northeast of Alvarado.
  The No. 2H hit 11,820 feet and potentialed 2.944 million cubic feet of gas on a 24/64-inch choke.
  The No. 5H hitt 11,925 feet and potentialed 4.183 million cubic feet of gas on a 24/64-inch choke.
  The Mira Lagos Unit Well No. 8H is 3.1 miles northeast of Britton and potentialed 1.097 million cubic feet of gas on a 38/64-inch choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.
Marion County
Ark-La-Tex Energy Partners completed the Allbright Well No. 1 to 12,000 feet 1.1 miles northeast of Jackson in the Whelan Field. On a 64/64-inch choke the well flowed with 46 barrels of crude. Production is in the Travis Peak Prorated.
Nacogdoches County
The Badders Family Unit Well No. 1H was completed to 19,450 feet .7 miles southeast of Chireno in the Carthage Field by EOG Resources. On a 16/64-inch choke the well potentialed 11.569 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Haynesville Shale.
On a 14/64-inch choke the Sgt. Pepper GU Well No. 1 HR potentialed 7.466 million cubic feet of gas. Samson Lone Star completed the well to 19,509 feet 18 miles southeast of Nacogdoches in the Carthage Field. Production is in the Haynesville Shale.
Rusk County
The Taliaferro Gas Unit 1 Well No. 10 was completed by Forest Oil to 11,170 feet 4.5 miles southwest of Henderson in the Henderson Field.
On a 30/64-inch choke this well flowed with 22 barrels of crude. Production is in the Rusk Co. Pettit.
San Augustine County
On a 15/64-inch choke the Briggs Unit Well No. 1H potentialed 8.893 million cubic feet of gas. EOG Resources completed this well to 18,973 feet 4.1 miles southwest of San Augustine in the Carthage Field. Production is in the Haynesville Shale.
Shelby County
Unit Petroleum completed the Haley Well No. 1 to 11,800 feet 6. miles northwest of Center in the Bobo South Field. On a 48/64-inch choke the well potentialed 10,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the James.
