Where is your pond located? Have you considered just selling it on a per barrel basis?
Lynda, I think the reason that you have received so few responses is that few, if any, members have had experience leasing a pond. And volumes of frac water vary by operator and well type. If you would like feed back on what others have sold water for by the barrel you should find a number of members with experience to share. Remember that location is important. We have no idea where your pond is located. In the meantime search the archives with key words such frac pond or water price. Just click on View All at the bottom of the Main Page discussions and enter your key words in the search box and click on the magnifying glass.

Is the pond spring fed, fed by a stream, or supplied by water well? What is the approximate volume of the pond, and can you tolerate having it drained compeltely, or do you need a buffer volume to stay in the pond? Are you looking at an "exclusive" deal with an operator? On some exclusives, I've seen the value of one to three fracs, paid yearly, with provisions allowing for more water useage at the agreed iupon rate.
If not exclusive, you are unlikely to get paid upfront. payments are oftne for smaller amounts of the operator is imporving the pond or adding infrastructure.
