When you are seen as having played dirty, the people you supposedly flung mud at seldom forget...even after you've "cleaned up." So...No, Jay Rosser!! Unfortunately, it's not just THEIR problem.

I wonder what impact, if any, this particular burnt bridge will have on our shale...?
Sad there are elected officials who prioritize themselves over the best interest of the nation. Looks like Franken is a prime example of that.. The citizens of MN lost when they elected that one!
Pickens is just like any other billionare, if there's money to be made, he'll stand in line with whoever pulls the curtin ropes.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
