Army:

I have some big news to share. The new and improved NAT GAS Act has been introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives with a level of enthusiasm and momentum we've never had before.

The bill, which is H.R. 1380, was introduced on Wednesday by a team of four Congressmen - two Republicans and two Democrats. You've been reading about the staring contest they're having up in Washington on the budget. Well, getting Members from both sides of the aisle to agree on anything this week would have been impossible if it hadn't been for your support and your conviction that we can get the Pickens Plan adopted if we worked hard enough and long enough.

The four original sponsors are John Sullivan (R-OK), Dan Boren (D-OK), John Larson (D-CT) and Kevin Brady (R-TX). But that's not the end of the story. There were also 76 bipartisan original cosponsors - an almost unbelievable list of 37 Republicans and 40 Democrats from 33 states.

Take a look at the full list HERE, and if your Representative isn't listed, send him or her a quick e-mail or give them a call and ask them to join H.R. 1380 as a co-sponsor.

We're moving ahead now. Let's keep the pressure on and get to the finish line!

Any one have link to read the bill--- what does it say and do for NG????? William have you read it???

I read the bill, only 3 Congressmen from Texas.

And by the way:

Is the info on this link for real ?

http://gas2.org/2009/07/31/natural-gas-conversions-could-cost-a-cou...

If so this tax needs to go.

That article sounds like your anti-natural gas lobby dollars at work, huh?

True but what kind, eco nuts or the own self interest sort ?

Guess anyone who would not want Nat Gas to become successful..
