I wouldn't go by an IP flow test to determine what a well will do. It doesn't help the price of NG for a bunch of wells with 30m and over coming on line back to back. I think the majors understand this and don't want to crow too much. I can understand one of the lesser known companies wanting to get on a stump and crow to get some backing.
