Trinity Operating has applied to combine Units 33 and 4 for the purpose of drilling horizontal wells, possibly 4 in Section 12, T18 and 19.  I do not know what a horizontal well is.  My siblings and I own four separate small tracts in Unit 4 and are unlicensed.

If I sound primitive in my description, please understand there has been no significant interest near my property in more than a decade.  My brother lives on his divided portion and a couple of attempts have been made to him at random times to lease mineral rights over years but they were merely chicken feed offers and none made to other siblings by mail or phone.

33 is a governmental section in 19N township and 4 is a governmental section in 18N township.  I suspect that both are in Range 13 West based on what I know of your location.  To learn more about section-township-range, search the intenet for Public Land Survey System (PLSS).  It's easier to show the process of drilling and completing a horizontal well than to explain it.  Use this YouTube link:
