Frank,

Buck Well 1H Carroll County Ohio, production started in Feb 2014, Division Orders arrived June 2014 and the theft started with the first "Rationed" Royalty Payment in July 2014. $56 an acre per month was obvious theft. We have gotten as low as $15 an acre since.

What state are you in? Were you forced pooled or leased?

I assume you returned your division orders to HK? Have you called in to HK to check on whether they received your DOs?

HK Shuckrow 10H #1, Henry Field, Wilkinson County, MS was reported complete 10/31/14.  First production was reported for the month of November and thru May the well has produced 94,636 barrels of oil.

You're welcome, frank.
