Maybe everyone should just show up with cash. It is a casino after all. And I hear they accept cash. Then the debate becomes, "who holds all the winnings until we can get it to Keith/Anna. Baby needs a new pair of shoes, Jack.

i think an account should be set up at a national bank so those not in the area could donate as eassily as going to a local branch in their own area.
