If it's anything like times past, more money will go into the politicians pockets than into the State coffers.
Angell "said major companies such as Shell and Conoco Phillips are buying shares in Haynesville". If the play relied on Shell and Conoco Phillips to to get developed , the Haynesville Shale play would be in deep trouble IMHO. Name ten successful wells that either one of the two have drilled to date. Hell, name five! They may one day get there, but they're not there now, and the play does not rely on either one of them, thank goodness.
SB, ditto. The same statement stood out for me. And makes me wonder if Secretary Angelle is currying favor or just that uninformed in regard to the Play.
