92694 is the zip code for Ladera Ranch, Ca.  Google Earth found the address to be what appears to be a large residence.

In Texas you can search for business entities registered with the Secretary of State.  I would imagine that California would have a similar office.  That type of search should turn up, at the very least, who registered the company with the state.  That would give you two items to search with the BBB.
