Wishing all the merriest Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year.  Also higher natural gas prices and more wells!

The best New Year's resolution that you can make is to review and confirm the accuracy of your eight digit decimal on your royalty statement.  It's the first and foremost thing to do to manage your mineral interest.  Make sure you are being paid correctly.

Your tract's "surveyed acreage" from your unit survey divided by the total acres in the unit times your royalty fraction.  If you need help, let me know.
