Received a letter from Indigo's law firm: Re: Termination of Units, what does this mean?

Hi,
Does anyone know what the "Termination of units pursuant to statewide order no. 29-L-3" is? I leased my property located in Linclon Parish back in the fall to Indigo, and I received a letter from their law firm about this termination yesterday. I was not aware of any pools in the area, but does this mean they are getting ready to drill in my section? I'm in Sec. 8-T18N-R4W, Terryville field. Thank's for any information.

Jim, thank you for the information, I guess Indigo is getting their ducks in a row to go forward after leasing this section. All we need now is for NG to go back to $13. Max
The units in question are not HA (Haynesville Shale) Drilling & Production Units. Max, if you are patient it is quite possible that one of the members can shed some light on Indigo's termination order. In the meantime, I didn't want anyone to think that their action was connected to any of the HA Units they have previously established.
This usually means that someone is petitioning the Office of Conservation to dissolve an old unit because the well they want to drill wont work well for them with the old unit pattern..........
