we've already had this argument on the front page at least once.  pretty sure i've already brought up the film industry kickbacks that cost us almost as much as the horizontal exemption and lead to far fewer permanent jobs and infrastructure.  that's on page 5 too.

yep, that's why you want to have sunset provisions in any tax item.  if you don't have a sunset provision then an R&D/economic tax credit, like these exemptions started out to be, become ingrained forever.

We do need tax breaks for new products from natural gas and better ways to drill and frack.  We need R&D in those activities.

Would this type of class action lawsuit apply in La or Ar.?
