Theoretically, if Jed was out shooting for food and caused production?

OK, this came up in a conversation today. If Jed REALLY was out a shootin' and caused production to exist, would this interrupt prescription of a mineral servitude?

Would it interrupt prescription of a royalty sale in the same manner that it would interrupt prescription of a mineral servitude?

If I understand correctly, the only thing that makes a difference between prescription of the two is with a royalty servitude it would require production whereas a mineral servitude would only require a "good faith effort" at production.
Mr. Clampett. Excuse me sir. I'm from DEQ. We need to talk to you.
Back in late September of 1962, the weather was nice, stayed in the 70s for the most part, ideal conditions for mushroom growing. Granny had once visited with a Cherokee medicine man that told her of a cure for the pains of lumbego. Granny once had a good dose of lumbego, being brought on by the ingestion of too much possum interals. Granny had been feeling a bit down in the dumps as of late and started geting a case of lumbego. She was all bent over and the like. It got to the point that she decided to try the old sharman's remedy. The ingredents were simple, a certain mushroom that grew out of a cow turd, with a slightly gold or buckskin color at the top, water and a fire. Granny hit the cow pasture at a slow pace, time had taken its toll on her but still she was a fighter. She picked a peck of those said mushrooms and headed back to the dog trot, built a fire and beganst to boil those babys down. She made a tea, as the sharman's recesapee had called for and cooked it for the right amount of time. Next thing you know, Granny is looking into a coffee cup that contains a strange smelling, black liquid. She clasps both nostrils of her nose together with the thumb and index finger of her left hand, then with the right hand, she lifts the evil brew to her lips, then downs the cup in seven gulps. Granny waited for about 15 minutes and the remedy seemed to be not working, so she took another cup full. After about another 15 minutes she felt that the whole treatment was a BS deal and went to bed, as soon as her head hit the pillow she was asleep. This all happened on September 25, 1962. The next morning granny woke up before sunlight and told Jed that he had to go to a certain spot on the property and shoot one magic possum. Everyone around had been trying to kill this possum for years. Granny had woke up real early that morning and for some reason she carved into two lead bullitts something that looked like the grooves in a drill bit. She told Jed to only use these two bullits to shoot at said possum. Granny saw in her only dream that she could remember, that night, was the place to shoot at the possum or at the oil & gas formation for a direct hit.
Y'all have too much free time.
What about the cement pond????
i would think that the issue of tresspass to be a seperate legal issue from interuption of prescription.
