Need help to word a really strong demand letter

I'm interested in sending a certified demand letter to Chesapeake... We own our mineral rights... never was interested in leasing them.  We live in Keithville in the Woolworth/Colquitt area.  I saw a sample for one for Texas but understand that LA is a bit different.  They put up the well near us probably 3-4 years ago... That's just a guess.  We understand that a demand letter is what's necessary to find out the when's and how's of what happens next in being compensated... Whether it's this year or 5 years from now.  Thanks!

My advice is not to threaten anything you aren't willing to back up and follow through on.  

And... I'm with Jay.  If you could tell us what the problem is, that would help.
