Has anyone had any dealings with XTO recently... especially in terms of producing division orders in a timely manner.  Have been told 6-9 months due to title work.  What's the difference between title work before a lease and 6-9 months after production!  I know they'll pay a penalty... but really... is 6-9 months reasonable?  Maybe it's an EXXON thing?

I would be dancing a jig if I could get a Division Order from XTO in 6-9 months from 1st production.   The Black Knights #1H in San Augusting Co., TX has been producing since January, 2011 and I haven't gotten even a hint of a Division Order.  The Golden Eagles 1-H, also in San Auugustine County has been producing since April, 2011....same story.    Blue Raiders 1-H, completed July, 2011,  Hilltoppers 1-H completed August, 2011, Same location---same story.  In the case of the Golder Eagles 1-H, there is a big difference between 6-9 months and 16 months!!!!  If and when I finally get paid, I fully expect to have to lawyer up to be paid legal interest!

WOW!

thanks

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
