The well is completed.  The last report, 10/17, was Waiting On Tubing and Pkr.  Most Haynesville Shale wells are initially produced through the casing until the operator feels that the well has "cleaned up".  That means recovering frac water and proppant that flows back.  Then they will place a packer in the casing and use it to connect coiled tubing.  Royalty will be paid to mineral owners of record within the next 3 to 6 months.

mary, you need to get a copy of the lease your husband signed from the Caddo Parish Clerk of Court.

Mary, the only way to know for sure is to have a copy of the lease.  Since you obviously do not, you will need to go to the Caddo Parish courthouse and get a copy from the Clerk of Court's records.  This will give you all the information you will need to follow up on your right to receive royalties.  I can give you the Instrument Number if you can tell me the name of the lessor.  The person who signed the lease, not the company.

Without the section-township-range, I can not be sure just which well is applicable to your property.  Chesapeake has two wells in your immediate vicinity:  Sale 31-17-15H in the section to your south and Adams 30-17-15H in what appears to be your section.  Both these wells have been drilled (the rigs are gone) but not completed.  Do you recall the company that has leased your property?

YES WE HAVE A LEASE but my husband has it and we are getting a divorce, so i am trying to find out if and when the money starts.

mary, what is your section-township-range?   If you have a lease, that information is included.
