i am new to this so please help me like i said in my last post i live in greenwood and i would like to know if the well out there is in my section and if it is up and running?

I suspect that you are referring to the Nicklos Drilling Rig #5 which was reported "rigging up" last Friday.  It is drilling the Goodrich Petroleum, Trosper Heirs 3H #1.

Not sure!! I talked to Chesapeak last week to determine location of a well being in west Shreveport. I'm in Sec. 14 T17N R15W and he said that were indeed drilling in  sec 14, but in your listings on N Caddo area for Drillings Locations is different, GHS list it as Sec 15  T17N  R15W.. Do you know which is correct. Thanks

Good news for west Shreveport, talked to Chesapeake today to confirm drill site in Sec. 14  T17N R15W Rig #48 Nomac.  Just drilled one in

Sec. 23 T17N R15W -this is just of Greenwood Rd, west of Pines Rd.

HA-RA SU83....JEFFERSON PAIGE RD.....Township 17, Section 7, Range 14; I am receiving more frequent legal notices from the Louisiana Office of Conservation regarding the creation of additional drilling. Is there anyone near this area that has any current information of any leasing etc. When leasing was at its height the acreage just around Parkwood Dr. and Jefferson Paige went for approx. $17k acre if I recall correctly. Then we were somewhat looking at $9k acre shortly after that area was leased. The last time I talked with Twin Cities well over a year ago their offer was a bit over $1k. I really don't know what to think nor have anyone in this area that has any other knowledge over the past year. Could anyone shed any light on this area or any leasing pricing of any kind. I did read a comment from May 2010; of leasing at $4k with Cheasapeake in the Werner Park area.

New Pad going in. Survey crew working in Section 26 - Township 17 North Range - 15 West Caddo Parish. Physical location is Broadacres Road between West 70th and Buncomb Road.
Maybe the mail box $ will come in some day.

has anyone signed and returned the D.O. sent out by Matador on sect. 16 and the Lanier well? I believe they have discrepancies in their designated mineral acreage along the north side of hwy 1where the state bought ROW. I have brought this to their attn. and am waiting their reply. They requested copy of deed showing who has mineral interest.

What is the going rate for a lease in the Shreveport, Werner Park area? I was offered 4000 and 25% for a 3 year lease and a 2 year renewal.
