Care to provide an opinion on the locations that COP has chosen to form their units relative to the shelf and existing well control?  State leases, then unitization applications - can well permits be far behind?  Although these latest AC unit applications will not be heard until July 10, COP, or any operator for that matter, can permit "non-unitized" wells without waiting for the unit approvals.  The permits can be converted to unit wells at any time even after spud.
