BEUSA is applying to form units in 18N 11W and 17N 10W. Some of these are for Hosston (Travis Peak) Zone, Cotton Valley Zone, and Haynesville Zone. If they form a unit for Cotton Valley, does that mean a different company could form a unit in the same section for Haynesville? If someone owns over half of a section in one of these units and hasn't leased it, can the company drill?
