I talked to someone from Empressa Energy yesterday and they said the bozman's well is now flowing. It is not in Sonris yet as they have so long to turn in this info as everyone is waiting on the last minute so no one will know their info.

Are you talking about the Ronnie Bozeman well on Russell Road in Stonewall?
She was, I also think she has another post on it somewhere on this site. I replied back to her what I knew about the well in the other post and what I knew about the offers being made because I live right down from her. She was also offered $500.00 per acre and said that she works for some landmen and she is going to ask them what she should accept whether it is the $500.00 they offered her.
Camterra said that meaining there is a well already up and flowing that the $ for the lease would not be the same for this section????? does not sound good to me.
Yes
What formation is the Bozeman well in? My place in Sec2 T15N R14W was leased almost 2 yrs ago, but it was for the CV, Glen Rose & Hosston formations.
I believe that the Bozman and Evans sections where the wells are located are both unitized for 5 different formations/pay zones. It has been a while since I read it but I think Camterra unitized these zones AFTER the wells were drilled and they found what they were looking for. Don't let them tell you that the wells are not going to be produced at the Haynesville depth because they are. The formations/pay zones are: Haynesville, Hosston, Pettit, Cotton Valley and I can't remember the last one :)
You can now look at the bozemans well on Sonris. Serial #236902. It's updated as of 07-15-08
Thank you Karen. I am happy that it shows it is producing at the Haynesville zone. Wasn't it on another post that the landmen told you it was a Cotton Valley well? It may have been Terri Harber that they told that to. It may not be producing huge numbers but it will probably hold all their leases. There was another person on here that is near you, Gatorguy. I gave him your username here because he has not leased either.
thank you, I have not heard from them yet. but yes they told me it was a cotton valley well and not the haynesville.
