has anyone heard if anymore wells are destined for the Packert Well location of #6 & #7. I have heard that 2 HA wells will be drilled into 7 from sec. 8's super pad

FYI:

 

Got a callback from Chesapeake late yesterday afteroon informing me that the reason for the delay in some of the Virginia Packert 6H royalties is because they haven't finished verifying all the title work.   The rep said Chesapeake holds 21% of the leases in that section.

What company is doing the drilling in 8? Can anyone verify if two wells will be tap section 7 from super pad in section 8?

According to sonris, Encana is drilling in section 8.

I looked on Sonris, I didn't see any new permits for section 8....did I miss them? I used lite.

No new permits, just one Encana well that was permitted back in 9/26/08.  It's been producing since 3/01/09.

The activity you see in section 8 is a pipeline. I think what was reported as a super pad survey was really a pipeline survey.

The superpad for Sec. 8 is in the works. It has not gone before DNR yet (from my great source), but there will be one there. Where it drills to is still a mystery. My source thinks it will drill 1 or 2 wells into Sec. 7 & other wells into sections 8 & 17 & maybe 18. There is a pipeline being put into place for it. That is purpose of that pipeline.

Road is stacked out as is the pad. I have not been down Long Rd., but was told you could see the road stakes from there. I have not seen it on DNR website yet, so will be awhile before it is permitted. I have heard that 2 wells will go into Sec. 7 from that site. I am just trying to figure out how a well in southwest corner of Sec. 8 can leg over to sec. 7 and go up. Anyone on here with answers

Are you hearing anything more for sec 19 14-14 from any of these pads? Hope the news below about sec 18 14-14 comes out to be true

No, James I have not heard anything about Sec. 19. Maybe FXEF can share some info with us. He usually hears some accurate info
