we haven't leased our land yet. we got an offer from a company but weren't happy with it.

yes we are. we have had a couple of low offers and we no that right now the big offers aren't out there but these is an amount that we would settle on. thanks, erica

Not many people offering to lease at the moment. I'd contact an attorney in Marshall that does some oil and gas and see what they know. With 2200 acres, you're going to need an attorney in any event, so you might as well start a relationship with one in any event. The attorneys who do oil and gas will see dozens of offers in the course of a month from all over the county. With 2200 acres, you have enough land to actually start calling companies up and soliciting bids, I would think.

I'm not sure what's going on but I'm having alot of calls about leasing my land in Harrison. Does anyone know what a decent offer would be these days???

Offers have been very low. I think things will pick up the end of year
